RETURN Policy

The Mushroom Emporium team has the utmost faith in our products, and in the case of the growing kits, we guarantee that they will produce at least one successful crop as long as the instructions/conditions are followed. 

As with most forms of nature, mushrooms will not always behave exactly as expected – although most will crop within the predicted time frame for that product. Each kit is different with different growing conditions being experienced, so often it can just be a case of time, but just to be safe, please do contact us so we can check it out. 

Our Policies

Due to the perishable nature of the products we sell, unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on these items.

We guarantee each kit to produce at least one crop provided all instructions be followed correctly and the growing conditions adhered to. Upon a claim, photographic proof of this has to be provided to us, via email in a timely manner.

If the instructions have been followed and in the very unlikely event the mushroom kits do not yield a crop within the relevant, specified time frame, we may confirm the fault / provided the opportunity to tweak and troubleshoot the product.

If we are unable to troubleshoot, a replacement will be sent.

Should the subsequent replacement fail to yield a crop, then the customer will have the option of a full refund which will be issued back to the original payment method.

​Whilst we offer the service of timing delivery to suit Birthdays / Gift occasions etc, The Mushroom Emporium is not liable for any delays with the fulfilment of orders by our delivery partners.
